Love this pour over
Easy to use. It clean glass, no plastic. Brews quickly and great coffee results. Want it strong add more, like it medium use less. Perfect.

Shoutout to your social media team!
We sent an email to try and find a replacement part but never heard back. I then made a comment on instagram asking about the parts and not only did I get a quick reply but they helped coordinate a replacement. I was frustrated at first but this person helped fix that. My wife absolutely loves this product so we are happy we can use it again!

Deliciousness
I love my Pure Over! I am still working on the no grounds in my coffee but getting there. The coffee just tastes so fresh and it’s so adorable…and customers service is beyond amazing as well.
