We smoked the brisket w applewood and used apple juice and then Smoke House 52 BBQ sauce. I would have put this up against any restaurant BBQ I’ve ever come across. The Hornings are awesome, and their meat & dairy products are second to none.

There was a lot of fat on and in this one. Not as good ad the prior briskets.
