An excellent lock with one drawback that is important to know

I contacted the company with many questions regarding compliance with my insurance company's requirements.
The Lightlock is a beast that insurance companies in my country don't recognize, and it was difficult for them to understand whether the lock meets the definition of security equivalent to a 12mm bolted lock.

Although I've only had it for two weeks, it looks like someone put a lot of care and attention into it in terms of design and manufacturing. The lock seems to be of high-quality construction, the quality control also seems good.
I really liked the Velcro and the option to remove the fabric cover for washing, the click lock, the little things make the picture very clear, someone sat down and thought about the needs of the users.
One drawback that is very important to note and that I didn't think about enough either, because the lock is round, the effective lock length decreases a lot, so from 1.25 I manage to get a lock length of about 80 cm.
If you don't need to secure the lock to a post or fence, this won't bother you, on the contrary it will make the entire locking process easier, for me it was a challenge because my motorcycle rests on a side jack and not a middle jack like on a scooter, which creates the need to move the front of the motorcycle away from the fence and on the other hand bring the rear wheel close enough for the lock to close. You can't crush the chain and it's not flexible, so don't try to force it.
litelock please produce a longer lock with the same security standards, the minimum effective lock length for motorcycles (in my opinion at least) is 140 cm net, less than that, it's a real challenge/find a bridging solution to this issue.
I understand that the longer the lock, the more weight it will add, but this disadvantage prevents me from using the lock daily and makes it a lock for trips only, I believe there are others like me who have a similar need.
