Nothing goes to waste!
I start by roasting my chicken in my counter-top oven. We have leftovers for a couple of days (chicken tortillas with beans and cheese are good). Then I make chicken broth with the bones, sometimes adding pork and/or lamb bones as well. The soup I make with the broth is good too. I like knowing how healthy this chicken is compared to others on the market.
