This pen came in a little scratchy for my taste, but that's just a personal preference thing, not a mark against the quality of the product. I was able to smooth it out with some 400 grit sandpaper easily, and after that it wrote like a dream

Good looking pen that gets the job done!

This pen looks great on my desk. As a glass dip pen it is an absolute conversation piece when people see it. More so than its looks, however, it does exactly what I need it to. I am ashamed to say that the ink collection continues to grow at a pace faster than I can use up what’s already in my fountain pens to test them. As such, this dip pen does the trick! I would say it writes at the thickness of a TWSBI Eco-T Fine for comparison.

Easy way to see inks

The pen holds a lot of ink. I can typically write a couple of short paragraphs with it. But I got it so I could quickly take a look at various inks. This wipes of pretty well with a tissue, and is completely cleaned with a quick rinse in the sink.
