I had lost the sauna poles in a move and the replacement poles came in about 10 days after I ordered them and are perfect. I appreciate that I can buy replacement parts.

We purchased a replacement tent and new poles after using our sauna for 20 years. Increased sweating with new tent and poles work great. My husband and I use our sauna at least 5 days a week. We have no pain and we are both in our 70 s!
