Not sure yet

I've used it several times. I may have stayed in it too long because i felt somewhat bad afterwards. Not horrible but not great. I have not noticed a huge difference in my general health so far. I feel i am in relatively good health .I would like to get my circadian rhythm in better shape. I just received an email regarding protocols . I going to use this .
