Keep it Simple

Perfect attachment for any cable system! Works great for bicep and tricep movements. Knurling is average, but I don't expect this to be a heavy knurl. Plain and simple I would definitely recommend this attachment to anyone that owns a cable system!

Haven’t received it yet. The box arrived empty but pre got me covered and I have another bar on the way. 5star judging by the other attachments I bought being very well made nice welds, nice knurling not too rough but also good grip.
