The process of ordering Joybees for myself and my family was super easy. When one of the pair was out of stock I received a lovely email letting me know and was told to email back my new order number so a refund for shipping could be given. I felt that was super kind of them. The comfort level of our Joybees is pretty comparable to that of the popular brand crocs. I would say they are a bit more comfortable actually. The price is really fair and I like how versatile the shoes are. Overall a pleasant experience and I will be purchasing more in the future.
