Case looks fine. This was gift. Ordered December 3rd received January 3rd. Had to place 2 emails regarding delay in case. Last email on December 27 th stated to cancel order and get refund due to shipped tracking number stated the packing label was done on December 15th and nothing since. Response was it was sitting in a sorting distribution. Had I known from the time I ordered it would take a month to receive I would have ordered from the other company I did receive something from much sooner. I did not see anything on their website stating it would take that long. Only the time it takes to make the case. I’m sure whoever orders in future will like their case if they are willing to wait a month(U.S.).

This case is very beautiful and soft to the touch. Protects very well my cellphone ! Love it !
