Every mushroom order, including all types of mushrooms, have always been of the highest quality. Because having dried mushrooms is so convenient, and because these mushrooms are always soooooo good, I have them at least four times a week. I've begun using shiitake in basmati rice, oyster and crimini cooked with lentils, shiitake reconstituted and then stir fried with asparagras.

Great quality product, good packaging, arrives quick. I wish you carried the Dried Organic Crimini Mushrooms pre-ground so I wouldn't have to grind them. We will definitely keep ordering them for our spice blened.

I’ve bought dried mushrooms from other places and they always take forever to clean after soaking. Now I only buy from Forest Mushrooms because theirs are the most delicious and make my life easier.
