Honestly, I would give it a 5 but I couldn't find any videos of him using one of the items that I having trouble using, the noise trimmer is simple use the trimmer I got it but the other part,I want to see more clarification on it.

Great product, it was fully charged when i first got it, now that is customer service, you guys are great, love your product
