I've received two of these, replacing ones I broke*. Questions I asked were answered extensively, expertly, and very quickly. * The product is fantastic, really. I'm just remarkably clumsy.

didn't realize i could buy this as a pre-assembled kit until i was checking the microswiss site for spares. Absolutely great performance. Just tossed in my heater and sensor and it is working good as new again.
