Guatemala - Finca Filadelfia - Washed

Great example of washed beans

I really enjoy the clean taste of these beans, a good level of roast that gives a smooth subtle flavour with very little bitterness. It's well suited to regular drinking, particularly if you are someone put off by the funkier flavours produced by other processes.
