The Plinian Legacy Double IPA All Grain Beer Recipe Kit

Just bottled. Even flat/green it tastes good. Would highly recommend.

Good hoppy IPA at a beefy ABV

I've brewed this twice, and it's easier to deal with than the Progeny with my G30 as there is less grain to mash than the Legacy. I use a false bottom and Brew Bag to keep the pump clear. Have not quite figured out the dry hop process to avoid clogs a transfer. There's a lot of hops and a loss of volume to deal with here. Have two more kits in the line up for the remainder of 2025.
