The NRX Loomis is a great rod. Incredibly light. It’s easy to cast or flip. LOVE it!

Purchased primarily as a streamer rod. I always feel this rod in my shoulder by the end of the day, like i spent the day shooting a 11wt. Just too stiff for my liking. However, it has found a second life as a bass rod. It can pick up a wet sock of a fly at 40' with no problem and does more an tolerate a fast sink line.
