Truly one of the best

One of my favorite training instruction videos I've come across. The Csa pad work system does a service for all coaches. An important element I look for when studying coaching videos is the ease of which concepts are applicable. This is a tremendous set of training videos.

Great contents, explained in a very professional way with a touch of sympathy. Kirian Fitzgibbons is a great coach and watching this course is a must for knowing how to hold pads in a proficient way.
