WARM!

This is a very soft wader bib - it's more of a fleece liner to wear under non-insulated waders. I'm 5'-9" and 240 lbs and ordered the 2X but it was just way too big.....I'll keep it though as the extra room will allow extra layering underneath and also make it easy to vent out excess heat. I would consider this a LST rather than an MST because it's WARM!
