Great pull up system. Allows you to vary grip position and width. Highly recommend

The best

This pull up station is the best. I have the rogue multi grip pull up bar. The rogue crown. Tried sorinex cliff hangers (they were HORRIBLE). The Ro-T8 allows endless adjustability: Width and degrees of pronation and supination. I retro fit it to my rogue rack with some 1” OD 1/2” ID bushings. It’s perfect.
