Great Customer Service

The battery arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the battery was not the reason the vacuum did not work. There is a problem with the motor. I called Inse customer support and spoke to Kyra. She has been extremely helpful and has contacted me several times in an effort to resolve the problem. Last contact I had with Kyra she advised me that a new motor component was being shipped to me. I have been very pleased with Inse customer service and Kyra in particular. She has been fantastic.
