16oz Stainless King™ Tumbler

I love these travel mugs! They really keep things hot/cold, feel great in my hand, close tight and don't leak, and fit nicely in my small car's cup holder. Plus, the lid comes apart for easy cleaning (note: the accompanying written instructions for how to do so are confusing...I learned via a YouTube.)

My third cup Love them. I am just very hard on my coffee cups. I drop them and dent them and when they can no longer stand without wobbling I replace them. I will never use another.

I sent an email stating the product was delivered damaged and NO ONE RESPONDED. The deliveree package was intact, but the mug was wrapped and shipped damaged. No one has contacted me to rectify the problem and I'm very disappointed. I havepurchased this product before and every was good. However, my recent purchase is very disappointing.
