great personal item bag with lots of space

The backpack is exactly as advertised. It's not the largest bag, but if you're concerned about using it as a personal item on planes, from what I've seen you shouldn't have a problem on any airline. I feel so much better traveling without having to be worried about security of my most valuable and mission critical items

It is a nice bag with lots of various pockets which I appreciate. There is one downside though, which prevents me from giving it 5-stars and it’s the inability to keep the straps adjusted. I have to constantly readjust the straps every time and it’s quite a nuisance. I did contact them about it and they did offer a suggestion, but for the price of the bag, the least it can do is stay adjusted. I still like their products though and will keep a look out for any future inventory.
