I got an email to write a review so I guess I will with the hopes that this gets someone’s attention since using the website’s chat feature multiple times never resulted in a reply or email and when I’ve tried to call, you always seem to be closed. I love these lights. Arcadia makes great uvb lights period. Bean Farm has the best pricing around for them, including shipping. I ordered two because I had two bearded dragons and both needed a new light. They arrived fast and well packaged. One works fine. The other one does not. Won’t turn on at all. We even tried switching fixtures even though we knew that was a long shot, but it made no difference. I did want to exchange it for another but with a month and no response, I unfortunately had to buy a replacement elsewhere because my dragon needed a new light. So the lights are usually great but I’m not having a great experience trying to fix this issue. Not sure if I ended up with a previous return or what but one of them just doesn’t work. Hopefully someone reaches out to help me resolve this soon.
