Bean Farm is my go-to place for reptile supplies. They're always helpful and friendly when I have questions, and have been very good at finding things when they're out of stock. Much better experience than trying to go through one of the big corporate suppliers for everything, and feels good to support the small business that's doing everything right!

Look, the light is ok, it does what I need it to.. My 5 star rating is 100% for the customer service provided by Bean Farm. DESPITE their phenomenal packaging, UPS managed to smash the gospel out of the box and broke the bulb. I let Bean Farm know immediately (with photos) and they set up a replacement THAT DAY. Next package also protected like the magna carta and it made it to me safely. No fuss, no back and forth, Bean Farm just took care of the issue. You better believe Im ordering all my beardie supplies from these folks going forward.
