Everything we hoped it to be, but...

This scooter has made getting around do much easier. It has allowed my husband to go places that he couldn't go before, due to hip pain and shortness of breath. He has been using it everyday, even to take our dog on a walk, which I always had to do before. And the dog loves riding on it too! 😁 I only have 2 complaints. First, the manual is VERY VAGUE with instructions! When we received unit, we had to install batteries and put seat/arms/head rest in place. No big deal we thought. Well, there was no indication of how to install any of that! When trying to figure out how to open the battery cover, it just says"Just lift off cover". It would have been nice to know it was ONLY attached with velcro! And where the velcro strips were so we would know where to pull up from! You must know how to handle battery installation because there was NO instructions on that either. (Positives and negatives) Secondly, we got to the last wire connection on the 2nd battery installation, the holes weren't drilled right! We had to actually get a drill to fix it so the screws would go in! The screws that were sent with parts had no instructions on which screws to use for what! So we did have to figure that out too. But once we got it together, it has worked great! My husband is very pleased with this scooter to get him where he wants to go.
