Having completed 2x 3 month food diarises, I decided to order the 6 month version. I have been keeping a daily record of all the food I eat as I am a member of Slimming World and am trying to lose weight. Since starting my SW compatible food diary, I have lost 10lbs and achieved my 2&1/2 stone weight loss 🥳. Keeping track in the diary obviously helps, and the stickers make it fun 🤩. I’m going to continue on my weight loss journey with the Fabulous Planning food diary at my side. 😁
