Absolutely love it. It’s my little food journal each day to keep me accountable and organised and it’s helped me lose 2 stone so far!!

Really fun and useful, I carry it everywhere I go and as I am trying to get to my goal weight with only 8lb to go I am writing down everything that is eaten and drank. there is lots of space to do this and has little extra's like how you are feeling each day and how hungry you are and times of meals which helps track when you eat throughout the week. I love it!
