Smooths everything out.
I use a table spoon per cup of course ground coffee to smooth out the flavor. I makes the coffee dark in color, but it's not stronger and certainly not bitter. It even works well with Robusta.

Reasonable price and good quality
Tried this chicory after my other dealer raised their prices beyond reasonable. Went shopping. Initial reaction is very good. Stronger taste so will last longer for me! Not a coarse or very fine grind. Just right.
