I ordered a sample after seeing one of the new 2021 offering videos. Very impressed. There is a slight aged taste to it and and nice cha qi! Very little bitterness and astringency but enough to keep it rounded. Out of the samples I recently purchased (they were all pleasant BTW) this is one of the cakes I will be ordering.
