This Arduino Zero arrived with a manufacturing defect. The Programming USB flakily and frequently drops the connection to the PC. The USB cables (which work well with 3 other Arduino Zeros) leads and solder pads on the board bottom ring out with excellent connectivity. When the PCBA is pressed on the top surface in the component-free space just above the Programming USB connector, the connection is solid and does not drop. Looks like a broken trace on an internal layer.

I bought this board because I had a Uno Wifi but ran out of program memory as soon as I added the WiFiNINA and SD card libraries. Since I had already purchased shields for the Uno, the Zero seemed to be a possible solution. Was able to get my Uno program running on the Zero pretty quickly. But I have a web user interface and a real-time data logger that really need thread support since I had to delay the UI while the data was being collected. I had no luck getting mbedOS, Zephyr or Simba working on this board. Got back from a business trip this week and the board is dead. It will download programs but the debugger will not work. The old uno still works with the IDE so it looks like a hardware problem.
