Arrived quickly and easy install. Now my litter robot is cycling correctly again

Disliked to hard to install & didn’t fix the issues

Extremely long delivery, otherwise good

It took about 3w to deliver small part. None of RobotShop checked the status, so they had done nothing until I reached them with "where the item". Next the customer support reacted, and the part was delivered someway. The part itself was functional and as described. The shipping cost made the total purchase expensive, and along with 3w delivery sounds not great. Still, thank you for providing the needed part to repair my device.
