Runs large. The company always ask questions about their products, but when you give an answer, you are met with excuses and told that if a change is needed, your order would be delayed 10 - 15 days.

I am 95% satisfied. I my natural size is 101/2 D. Ur instructions were to order the next size up which is size 11. Very stylish shoe and although a little loose, I think I can make it work.
