This chocolate drink is a quick and easy way to get protein in when no time to fix anything. This drink tastes great and is quite satisfying! Add a couple of ice cubes and the drink is colder. It's really good on a hot summer day with crushed ice. But getting in a little more protein is what is essential for me and this does just that!
