One of my go to drinks

I drink these daily. I mix it with stevia and crystal light. I make a gallon jug and pour some into small cups to freeze. Then I use that as my ice and pour the other into my 32 oz cup and drink all day to get my water content each day. I finish the gallon by bedtime.
