I searched and looked at reviews for a company that was certified and metal tested. Also on that was a good value, since i wanted to try before I purchased a larger volumn. Spicy Organic checked all the boxes. Free shipping on any purchase was a tripe A for me. I have only tried once. I added it to my morning cereal. It was a little bitter but I was not used to the taste. I will research other way to add it to food. I know smoothies and sprinkle on sliced apples. I have not tried it as yet. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the information on their website about theri products.
