A-2 Bud & Diz - Collector's Box Edition

Very unhappy customer over unresolved $990 purchase.

This $990.00 purchase on June 14th, was made for a Father's Day gift. We spent weeks and multiple emails trying to identify where the watches were since the email said that a shipping label was created and ready for UPS pickup but tracking showed it was not picked up. After multiple emails and responses that the company was looking into it the package shipped weeks later. When we received the watches in the collector's box one watch was missing the piece of the Mustang plane on the back of the watch, which is the main reason for the uniqueness of the otherwise simple looking watch. The protective clear film was and is in place on the back so the metal piece was never in place on the watch. We have now contacted the company of multiple occasions and each time told they are checking on it, and now the correspondence is being completing ignored!! This company does not have a phone number that we can find to discuss the issue, I feel as though we have been scammed!! Please acknowledge this concern and let us know how it can be resolved asap since you long ago received payment.
