This issue came up on I think my 3rd order. Now I will say that the colors and quality are great! on this washi stand it was made a little too thick at the bottom where you insert it to the base. I did take a pic before I forced it in, only to break it. I reached out and admitted that perhaps I shouldn't have forced it, sent pics and reached out hoping for some resolution but not really expecting one. To my absolute surprise. I received a very quick response and a better resolution than I even hoped for. I didn't feel judged or put down. I've returned and have had nothing but great experiences with Shan and Mama Bee
