Love these Poppa Toppa hats!

These Poppa Toppa hats are lovely. I now have two. I have had the lilac one for several years, popped it in the washing machine, air-dried it on a mannequin. They fit really well and I don't worry in a light breeze but wouldn't take it out in a high wind! Also, the lady who served me was delightful, and helpful.
