I love these new long handles!

I like how the rope rotates. It has hard plastic pieces in contact with each other instead of the soft pvc rope in contact with a soft rubber handle. The longer handle is easier for learning some tricks, too. I'm still a beginner so I need all the help I can get!

Decent Rope

I like the long handles because they give more leniency on catching after releases. It does take time to adjust my technique after working with the short handled beaded rope. What I don't like about the rope is how quickly the cord severs. I am unsure if it is the handle cutting into it or the white adjustment clip, but it seems as though every few sessions I am having to shorten my rope because the cord breaks. I don't predict that the cord will last very long before it becomes too short for my 5'11'' frame to use.
