Wickens Ranch Beef is the best...by a long shot.

Haven't had a chance to get into the Bavette. However!...the cuts I have prepared are best I have encountered. I have had steaks in Europe and throughout the US. Nothing compares. Keep up the good work!

Juiciest slab of meat ever!

We love this cut and ranch! Every single type of cuts or grounds we’ve tried have always been so so tasty and tender. Not gamey like some grass fed beef can be.
