Love it!
There is nothing like fresh beef from a local Montana producer! This cut was everything we hoped it would be. My wife loves Skirt Steak in a teriyaki-pineapple marinade smoked on the Treager and this hit the spot! Tender and juicy! Local, great quick personal service, Montana Beef, what’s not to like!
