Beautiful plant as expected
First time purchasing a plant online. Impressed by shipping care and container. It did need some days of grow lights to get the ruby color back in her leaves, but now she’s glowing!

Plant arrived dead
I ordered a Ruby Ficus as a birthday present for my sister. It arrived late and dead. All the leaves were down and after a lot of trying to warm it up to life again it was definitely dead. Between the cold weather and the delivery company delaying the delivery it was disappointing.
