Wow we are impressed with ours. Quieter than our old one. Sure wish this model had a light or a deeper fill area where larger bottles are hard to fill as they dont fit easily align with the spout. But for the price we are happy with thr product and would recommend it unless you fill lots of water bottles like we do.

It came as expected but in back . One of screw on back..bent out of shape...I had to unscrew it ..looked at where it attached G unbedn it where screw meets ..why was it not even looked at ?! . other than that..was good packed very well
