When the tyre inflator arrived it came without any paperwork and was a different (more expensive model) than the one I ordered online. However, my initial reaction was frustration because the tyre inflator pressure gauge did not work. After the gauge was given a good tap, it now does work. The responses to my queries about it with the chatbot were not helpful but once Bosover got involved everything was resolved.
