Quality Seems to Be Declining

I’ve been a True Classic customer for a while, but I’ve noticed a decline in quality compared to previous purchases. Even when following the care instructions and washing in cold water, the shirts seem to shrink more than expected after a few washes. I’ve also noticed loose threads, stitching issues, and seams beginning to unravel on multiple shirts. One of the reasons I originally became a customer was because of the consistent fit and quality. Unfortunately, my more recent orders have not held up the same way as earlier purchases. I wanted to provide this feedback because I genuinely like the brand and hope the quality standards can return to what they were previously.
