So cute but not super durable

I give 1 star bc of the way it was received, all knotted and tangled with other like items. Will never order from Pura again. Large order with several chokers, necklaces and bracelets. They were thrown in medium sized shipping box with several items (24) and just thrown in. No inside packaging of the item and it became tangled and knotted with the other items. A ring was even found stuck to back of a necklace tag which was destroyed and sticky and had ring, bracelet and another choker tangled to it. I hope this item will be nice once I get the knots out. But it still does not have any presentable tag or bag to gift it in. I will have to come up with something since the person receiving won’t even know it’s new from Pura.
