Super useful Heavy Weight champ!

Had the Chud Press for a few weeks: very easy to season and make truly nonstick….a few trips to the oven with three coats of sunflower oil did the trick just fire. Used it for a camping week: heat source was a gas Wok burner…a bit too close to the plate, but just required some moving the items to find the most suitable heat…just need to raise it some from the concentrated heat source. Overall, a true champ! Bacon, sausages, smash burgers-all spot on! Still need to get my head around tortillas, since that was my main excuse for buying….I’ll get there. The cost is a bit eye watering, but living in Spain and buying it in England was better than carrying the thing over from the US! Extremely well designed and manufactured….hats off to Bradly and his partnered manufacturers!
