Sizing is not what I expected from the charts

I'm 6 foot tall, 200 pounds and wear a large in most brands. The True Classic sizing recommendation from the website was a Large as well. The models in the sizing chart show the extra large guy as being 30 pounds more than me, so I ordered the Large. The shirt is tight and uncomfortable. It tapers in at my rib cage and billows out around my belly making my mid section stand out as particularly round. The shirt also has some defects as the seems from the collar across each shoulder are different lengths. The lef shoulder seem is a half inch longer than the right, making the shoulders obviously uneven. The shoulders are too wide anyways, making weird folds when barely rasing my arms. What's worse is that I bought the shirt on clearance and can't return it. I feel lied to and wasted my money on a shirt that I can't wear.

Love the fit. Stretchy in the right places, fitted in the right places. I have worn in dresses up or dresses down. Did not disappoint!
