I had concerns about taking blood, after reading other blood test company reviews, however it was really easy to do, just a sharp scratch then the blood came out pretty fast. You don’t actually have to look at a needle at all. All in all took about 10 seconds. I then got my results within 24 hours of doing the test, and it was really easy to understand what the different bio markers and results meant.
