Promptly sent with clear instructions. It was reasonably priced and the customer service responded well when i had a question. Good product but would suggest advice is included regarding whether a fasting test would give a truer reading as AI suggested eating a breakfast of porridge before the test might skew the iron reading. I haven’t asked Welzo about that to be fair.
