I absolutely love the Zippi . We have cats and litter does get tracked. I was constantly sweeping with broom and dustpan.
Zippy makes it so quick and convenient and easy for me. Also picks up here quickly.

I was extremely disappointed. The sweeper didn’t pick up crumbs very well and hair was very hard to remove from gears. I have already sent item back. The merchant’s customer service was terrrible - slow-slow-slow to acknowledge I wanted to return item and was requesting a RMA# to ship back. And the cost to return USPS was $18.95. Stay clear of this merchant. Very disappointing!!
